BulkUnfollow is a small project, not a support department. Email goes to a person, and so does the chat button on every page.

Good things to email about

• Something is wrong. An export that will not open, a count that looks incorrect, the extension stopping when it should not. Say which browser you are using and roughly how large the export was — please do not send the export itself, and we would not want it.
• Instagram changed something. If the unfollow step starts failing, Instagram has probably moved a button. Tell us what you saw and it gets fixed.
• A feature you want. Especially if it is something you expected to be there and was not.
• Press, or a question about how it works. Every technical claim on this site is one we are happy to walk you through.

Things we cannot help with

• Recovering or unlocking an Instagram account. We have no relationship with Meta and no access to your account — only Instagram can help there.
• Getting your data export. Meta sends it to you directly; if it has not arrived, it is worth asking again in the Instagram app. The steps are on the front page under "How do I get my Instagram export?".
• Anything needing your password. Never send it to us, or to anyone else claiming to be us.
