Let’s clean up your Instagram feed

This extension works through a list of accounts you choose and unfollows them for you — one at a time, at a human pace, in this browser, on the account you are already signed in to. No Instagram password needed.

1. 01 Visit bulkunfollow.com and ask Instagram for your data export — the site shows you how. Meta emails it, usually within the hour.
2. 02 Drop the export on the site. It is read entirely in your browser, and you sort who stays and who goes.
3. 03 Send your list to this extension and press Start. Close the panel if you like — the toolbar badge keeps count.

These three decide how the run behaves. Change them any time afterwards under the ☰ Settings menu.

Instagram blocks accounts that move too fast. 100 a day is a safe pace.

38 seconds is the tested pace. Under 30 is faster than anything this engine has been verified at.
